Responsibilities

Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and dermal fillers.
Provide consultations to clients regarding their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and processing payments.
Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment management and client records.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on retail products to enhance their skincare routines.
Assist with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
Stay updated on the latest trends in the beauty industry, including new techniques in hair extensions, tattooing, and esthetic laser treatments.
Upsell services and products to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
Proficient in various esthetic techniques including deep tissue massage, hair styling, makeup application, hair threading, body waxing, and dermabrasion.
Knowledge of color theory and retail sales strategies to effectively recommend products to clients.
Experience with management responsibilities is a plus, particularly in a salon or med spa environment.
Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service.
Familiarity with salon software systems for efficient appointment scheduling and record keeping.
Ability to perform botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers is highly desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $24.27 - $29.22 per hour
