Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of esthetic treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, brow sculpting.
• Provide consultations to clients regarding their skincare needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients.
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and processing payments.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on retail products to enhance their skincare routines.
• Assist with social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality.
• Experience with management responsibilities is a plus, particularly in a salon or med spa environment.
• Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and provide personalized service.
• Familiarity with salon software systems for efficient appointment scheduling and record keeping

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.27 - $29.22 per hour
