Compensation (Pay scale & benefits)

Pay range (estimated hourly equivalent): $25–$45 per hour (FTE est. $48k–$84k), based on experience, schedule, and patient volume.
Commission option (1099): 25–30% of net service revenue, +10–15% retail by volume.
Benefits (if W-2): training/CE support, treatment & product discounts. (1099 roles do not include company health insurance.)

Schedule

Mon 2–6, Wed/Thu 10–6, Sat 12–4; additional hours as demand grows.

Job summary

Provide medical-grade skincare in a physician-led setting: facials, dermaplaning, light/medium chemical peels, and microneedling per device policy. No laser hair removal at launch.

Responsibilities

Skin assessments; deliver facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels (light/medium), microneedling per IL scope and clinic protocols.
Pre/post-care education; accurate HIPAA documentation; room turnover & infection control.
Assist with before/after photos; support retail recommendations and memberships/packages.
Collaborate with injectors for combined care plans.

Requirements

Active Illinois Esthetician license; U.S. work authorization.
1+ year medical spa/derm experience preferred; confident with dermaplaning and peels.
Strong patient communication; detail-oriented charting.

Preferred

Microneedling experience; BLS; familiarity with Aesthetic Record or similar.
