FT Customer Experience Specialist

Bubble is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will respond to daily inquiries from ambassadors across various channels, troubleshoot issues with empathy, and escalate as needed. You will also guide new ambassadors through the application and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
