Brow Arc is seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality facial services to our clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creativity, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and makeup application.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns effectively.
Manage front desk operations including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes using salon software
Conduct product demos and upsell retail products to enhance client experience.

Skills

Strong management skills with the ability to lead by example.
Proficiency in salon software systems for scheduling and client management.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry.
Background in cosmetology with hands-on experience in various esthetic services including hair extensions, hair threading, body waxing, etc.
Familiarity with color theory and its application in makeup artistry.
Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
Ability to demonstrate retail sales techniques and upselling strategies.

Projected Total Compensation: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
