Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Laser Hair Removal Technician who is fluent in both Russian and English and experienced with Candela gentle max pro to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver expert laser hair removal treatments while providing exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel comfortable, informed, and satisfied with their experience. Your expertise will help clients achieve their aesthetic goals through safe, effective, and personalized treatments. Duties

Perform laser hair removal treatments using state-of-the-art equipment, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure optimal results and client safety.
Consult with clients to assess their skin type, hair removal needs, and medical history to develop customized treatment plans.
Educate clients on the laser hair removal process, post-treatment care, and expected outcomes to foster trust and confidence.
Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, client progress, and any adverse reactions using salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms.
Provide additional esthetic services including body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, hair threading, botulinum toxin treatments, and skin sanitation procedures as needed.
Promote retail sales of skincare products and complementary services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
Ensure all treatment areas are sanitized thoroughly before and after each session in compliance with health regulations.
Assist in managing appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow while maintaining high-quality service standards.
Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in laser treatments and esthetics through ongoing education.
Foster a welcoming environment by delivering excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.

Experience

Proven experience performing laser hair removal treatments in a professional setting with demonstrated proficiency in esthetic laser procedures.
Fluency in both Russian and English is essential for effective communication with diverse clientele.
Background in retail sales within a beauty or wellness environment is preferred.
Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and client management.
Experience with additional esthetic services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, barbering or skin sanitation is advantageous.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to educate clients clearly about treatment options and aftercare instructions.
Certification or licensing in cosmetology or esthetician practices required; additional certifications in botulinum toxin treatment or dermal fillers are a plus.
Familiarity with health and safety standards related to sanitation practices within a salon or spa setting.
