Job Overview

Bongo Nail Lounge is expanding! We are currently seeking a licensed esthecian . This role is perfect for those looking to develop their skills in the beauty industry and gain hands-on experience in various treatments.

THIS IS NOT HOURLY PAID is Commission based +tips 60/40 or RENTAL

Rent: Intro rental pricing available for the first b6 months. Rate may increase after 6 months. 1 day $120, 3 day $300 , and week (5-6) days $500

AFTER 6 month 1 day $140, 3- days $360 and weekly $650-$700

If the technician don't want to Rent we offer Commission split : facial or body wax, eyelashes, and eyebrow tinted salon provides most of the supplies 50/50 commission. Tech provides own supplies 60/40 salon provides booking and promotion.

The ideal candidate can be specialize in the following;

Microblading

Eyebrow Pigmentation

Eyebrow Shaping & Design

Facials

Massages

Body Wax

Experience

• Must have a valid New York State license for esthetics.
• Microblading/pigmentation certificates
• 1=year of experience
• Puntual professional and able to work independenly
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining salon standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Passionate about beauty and providing excellent customer service.

Compensation

Commision base pay weekly plus tips

Flexible schedule we prefer to work with appointment but on occasion could take

walk-ins
