Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations for customers in a luxury cosmetics environment at a mall location. Deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales through product knowledge, and maintain a polished presentation of the beauty counter.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their beauty needs.
• Demonstrate and apply cosmetics and skincare products.
• Recommend products and upsell to meet sales goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising and clean counter presentation.
• Manage product inventory and restock displays.
• Process transactions and handle returns per policy.
• Build customer relationships and encourage loyalty or repeat visits.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or beauty experience.
• Strong product knowledge in cosmetics and skincare.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible part time schedule including weekends.
