Job Overview

As a Lead Hair Stylist at Blo Blow Dry Bar, you will be responsible for managing the bar's vibe and hair, mentoring and up-training existing staff, and being a role model and brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the bar's vibe and hair is consistent with Blo brand standards
• Manage bloer recruitment and training through Blo's signature Blo U(niversity)
• Mentor and up-train existing bloers so they are always blo-ing to their true styling potential
• Be a role model and Blo brand ambassador
• Participation in maintaining a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment

Requirements

• An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state
• The ability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturday) and be flexible with your schedule
• A passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
