Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Licensed Esthetician with a strong background in sales and customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing both facials and body contouring treatments, as well as driving sales through exceptional customer service and product knowledge. 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of facials and body treatments.
Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skin care needs and goals, and recommend appropriate treatments and skincare products.
Educate clients on the benefits of our services and products and promote sales through effective communication and selling techniques.
Collaborate with team members in various marketing efforts to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the spa/clinic.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing client concerns, and ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Stay informed about the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in esthetics and skin care, and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
SOAP notes and record keeping.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
Create a fun and positive work environment for self and others.

Qualifications

Valid Esthetician license in New York State.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed esthetician, with a focus on both facial and body treatments
Proven track record of success in sales and achieving sales targets.
Strong knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and treatments, and the ability to effectively recommend and upsell products to clients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and create a positive experience.
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service and results-driven treatments.
Exceptional organizational skills and maintaining a clean work environment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
Must be available to work on Saturdays.
Excellent work ethic.

Job Type: Part-time, hours are flexible. Saturdays required.

Salary includes: starting base/and or Commission, plus Tips.
