Aesthetician/Ethistician Job Description

We are Benefit Cosmetics, an indie beauty brand-turned-prestige powerhouse under Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy. As an aesthetician/esthetician, you will be part of our team that believes laughter is the best cosmetic. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customers leave with a smile.
• Demonstrating and selling Benefit products to meet sales targets.
• BUILDING GREAT CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS AND ACTIVELY RECRUITING NEW CLIENTS
• Performing services such as waxing, make-up applications, and other beauty treatments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Maintain and display a valid state-issued aesthetician, cosmetologist, or waxing license.
• Proven strong retail sales and/or service history.
• Flexibility regarding work hours; ability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
