Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Greet customers within 30 seconds, follow the Beauty ABC's and Service ABC's selling formula, maintain an enthusiastic floor presence, build strong customer relationships, and keep accurate records.
• Results: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual service goals, maintain target services per hour, and make product recommendations.
• Teamwork: Promote a positive environment, build strong relationships, and act professionally and ethically.

Requirements

• Aesthetician, cosmetologist, or waxing license
• Proven strong service history
• Flexibility regarding work hours, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable with make-up application, communication skills, problem-solving, and adaptability

Additional Job Duties (Key Holder)

• Maintain authority of personnel, verbally communicate with clients and employees, assume opening/closing responsibilities, and count cash and balance registers.
