Licensed Esthetician

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional skincare and beauty services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetics, excellent customer service skills, and a comprehensive understanding of various treatment modalities. Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of esthetic treatments including facial services, microneedling, laser treatments.
• Manage client consultations to recommend suitable skincare products and treatments tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations.
• Engage with clients through excellent guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and fostering long-term relationships.
• Engage in social media to promote services, share product demos, and enhance brand visibility.
• Assist with retail sales by upselling products and promoting new treatments or packages.
• Support front desk operations including appointment booking, check-in/out procedures, and answering client inquiries.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate clients on skincare lines and treatment options.

Requirements

• Valid Cosmetology license with esthetician certification from an accredited program.
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, microneedling, laser therapy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about skincare routines and treatment benefits.
• Experience with social media for marketing purposes is advantageous.
• Commitment to sanitation standards and safety protocols within a spa or med spa environment.
• Ability to upsell services confidently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
