Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments and review residents' records to identify when further evaluation is needed.
Perform skin assessments using techniques such as observation, inspection, and palpation to diagnose and treat skin conditions.
Treat and manage various skin conditions, including abrasions, foot problems, pressure ulcers, infections, and benign skin lesions.
Support residents in their rehabilitation, assisting with range of motion exercises, ambulation, and providing emotional support.

Requirements

LPN/RN licensure and current, unencumbered state licensure.
Wound Certification from an accredited institution preferred.
Current CPR certification.
At least two (2) years of experience as an LPN/RN.
