Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Stylist to join our team.

As a Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring that every guest has an outstanding experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Provide hair services including hair design, haircuts, color, texture, hair treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).
Meet or exceed sales goals by delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining a high level of productivity.
Serve all guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that each guest feels valued and respected.
Develop strong relationships with guests and build clientele through consultations and retail and service recommendations.

Requirements

Cosmetology license is required.
Previous relevant salon experience is preferred, but not necessary.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
