Key Salon Manager Position

This role oversees quality brand delivery to achieve desired business outcomes through management of multiple salons.

• Manages the selection, training and development of high-quality salon managers for maximum effectiveness, motivation and retention.
• Directs implementation and communication of tools and resources to help employees meet brand measures and other key metrics to grow their salons and increase profitability.
• Directs implementation and communication of salon operations processes to ensure compliance with established standards and brand strategy.
• Coaches and provides feedback to improve brand delivery and salon operations.
• Provides strategic direction on underperforming salons to address opportunities in a timely manner and implement performance improvement plans.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a salon manager or multi-unit retail management is crucial.
• A current cosmetology license or barber's license is required (licensing requirements vary by state).
• The ability to work across multiple salons in surrounding areas is necessary.
