Have scaled paid media programs from $5M+ to $25M+ with strong ROAS maintenance

Develop and execute systematic growth experimentation framework across all digital channels
Identify and test new customer acquisition channels, audiences, and revenue opportunities

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred

8+ years digital marketing with 5+ years in growth-focused roles

3+ years staff management

Beauty or related industry highly valued but any CPG experience with multiple price points will be considered

Demonstrated success scaling DTC, social commerce and Amazon business
