POSITION

Our Front Desk Receptionist team member delivers engaging first impressions, outstanding customer service, and a collaborative, team-minded focus, while working closely with the Client Services, Clinical, and Barbershop teams.

This role combines the responsibilities of a traditional front desk staff with those of an elite concierge. Must be a hard worker, team player, motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced and fun environment.

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Delivers a world-class premium experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Exudes a high-energy, positive attitude
  • Gains a high-level understanding of our services and is able to answer guest inquiries
  • Assists in patient and guest travel accommodations
  • Order fulfillment of our medications and product kits
  • Masters and confidently multitasks across multiple workflow systems
  • High level of systems oversight (Dr. Chrono, Acuity, etc)
  • Supports company values and initiatives through leading by example
  • Leads onboarding of new concierge team members
  • Resolves issues proactively and addresses conflicts/challenges with care and urgency
  • Maintain a polished and professional environment for employees and guests alike throughout the physical concierge space
  • Oversees and processes inventory and shipping of medications and products
  • Oversees inventory/ordering of supplies for outpost as needed
  • Assist with Outpost Social Media content creation/collection and collaborate with Marketing Initiatives
  • Assist in achieving Outpost KPIs

FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have the attributes that the our brand was founded upon Customer Service, Honor, Integrity, Empowerment, Dedication, Self-Care, and Pride in their work
  • Outgoing with a positive attitude
  • Naturally friendly and welcoming; excellent with people of all personality types
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
  • Quick learner with strong computer/technology skills
  • Well organized and very punctual
  • Experience in a medical/office administration
