Beauty Artist (Licensed Cosmetologist)

Babyface Brows is expanding, and we have a position on our team - where performing brow grooming, bleaching, tinting, lamination, and other beauty services (lash lifts, mini facials, etc.) with exceptional customer service is your core responsibility.

As the Eyebrow Specialist, you will also assist in daily receptionist and salon operations tasks.

We believe that with proper eyebrow shaping, even busy women can enjoy a low-maintenance beauty routine.

As part of the Babyface Brows team, you’ll be the expert interacting with our community and spreading the love for natural and artistic eyebrows. Think of yourself as the eyebrow expert - creating a fun, uplifting space for clients to get their eyebrows custom-mapped with precision and care.

Core Responsibilities & Tasks

• You’ll spend most of your work hours providing brow grooming services to clients and keeping your work station clean and organized. When you are not taking clients, you will assist with front desk duties ie: appointment scheduling, customer service, phone calls.
• You will grow revenue specifically coming from brow shaping services and assist in keeping our community excited and engaged during holiday promotions.
• You will create and edit Before and After client photos for your own designated Instagram account, and post after each client.
• You will take continuing education classes provided by the company, and stay up to date with current technologies and beauty trends.‌

Required Strengths, Skills, and Knowledge

• Must possess a current Cosmetology license or be enrolled in Cosmetology school
• Must be positive and uplifting
• Must be a superstar at caring for clients and have an affinity for beauty and wellness
• Must be dependable, eager to learn, and be open to feedback
• Must be able to communicate professionally over the phone, email, and text
• An eye for beauty, art, and symmetry is an asset
• Experience using Instagram and photo editing apps such as Canva also an asset, but not essential

Details

• Training begins immediately, followed by a 100-hour trial period
• This is an in-person employee position
• Must have a current Cosmetology or be enrolled in Cosmetology school

Job Type + Pay Range

$18-26 Hourly OTE (plus more)

Part Time

Minimum 2 week days. Must be available Sunday
