Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Esthetician/Receptionist to join our team. This hybrid role blends client care with administrative support at the front desk. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and passionate about aesthetics and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide esthetic services such as facials, skin care treatments, and waxing.
• Greet clients and ensure a warm, professional experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling, phone calls, and client check-in/out.
• Maintain treatment rooms and front desk to meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Assist with product education, sales, and treatment package promotions.
• Support daily operations to ensure an efficient client flow.

Qualifications

• Current New York State Esthetics License (required).
• Previous experience in a spa, med spa, or beauty industry role required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales or upselling experience is a plus.
• Bonus if experience in waxing, lashes, body sculpting, etc
