Role Description
We are seeking a motivated 1099 Sales Representative for a full-time, high-commission remote role in the Aesthetics and Skincare industry. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with aesthetic clinics, med spas, and distributors, identifying sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. You will represent and promote our advanced Korean regenerative aesthetics solutions, conduct product presentations, and support providers with education and onboarding. You will manage a territory, develop strategic plans to increase market penetration, and ensure customer satisfaction through continued support and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the aesthetics, skincare, or medical sales industries
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills with clients and business partners
- Familiarity with regenerative aesthetics products, such as skin boosters, exosomes, or medical-grade skincare, is a plus
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in building and executing strategic sales plans
- Ability to provide product education and distinguish solutions in a competitive landscape
- Passion for the aesthetics industry and an understanding of market trends
- Experience with CRM tools and a strong ability to maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Access to reliable transportation for in-person client visits and attendance at industry events as needed
