Avinichi & Rachel's Best Soaps is hiring confident, positive, and motivated individuals to join our luxury skincare Sales Department.

Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up, this is a full-time role with amazing pay, hands-on experience, and room to grow — no previous sales experience needed!

What You’ll Do

• Engage with passersby by offering samples of our high-end skincare line, Avinichi.
• Perform live skincare product demonstrations, applying products directly to customers’ faces. (A crucial part of the role, this is our WOW factor and your closing opportunity. Please only apply if you’re comfortable with this level of engagement.)
• Educate customers and confidently close sales.

What You’ll Earn

• $17/hourly rate PLUS Bonuses: 5% on $500+, 7% on $700+, 10% on $1,000+ — uncapped!

OR

• Commission Only (ask for the percentage split, highest in the skincare industry)

Schedule

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts
• 5 days per week (weekends non negotiable)
• 2 weekdays off
