We’re looking for an Associate Operations Manager to join our Operations team. This role oversees high-volume order fulfillment and ERP management across multiple sales channels, driving process and system improvements across eCommerce, retail, and international distribution.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment—someone who can anticipate issues, streamline workflows, and build scalable systems that support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations across eCommerce, retail, and international channels.
Manage relationships and performance with 3PL vendors, ensuring operational alignment and accountability.
Streamline workflows to remove bottlenecks, accelerate timelines, and enhance order accuracy.
Drive process improvement initiatives and implement best practices across facilities.
Manage order flow and tracking across multiple sales channels (B2B, DTC, off-price, international).
Oversee kitting, labeling, and packaging workflows via Smartsheet.
Handle ERP data entry and order processing; ensure data integrity across systems.
Support transportation and logistics quoting, carrier management, and SLA monitoring.
Report on key KPIs including order accuracy, turnaround time, and carrier performance.
Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure orders are prioritized and shipped on schedule.
Maintain accurate account and product data and participate in regular cross-functional meetings.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Fulfillment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with data-driven decisions.
Experience managing 3PLs or logistics vendors; proven ability to drive accountability.
Strong understanding of international order processing and documentation workflows, including customs, regulatory compliance, and freight forwarder coordination
Familiarity with ERP systems (AMT or similar).
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills.
Excellent communicator able to align partners across Sales, IT, and Customer Service.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to prioritize and lead under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Positive, self-motivated, and collaborative attitude.

Bonus Points

Experience with Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplaces.
Previous experience handling FOB shipments.
Proficiency in Smartsheet.
