Beauty Sales Relationship Manager

Job Overview

As an independent hair product manufacturer and distributor we share our product lines with salons and retailers across North America. We are now looking to add to our team of Sales Relationship Managers. We are seeking ambitious, confident, and pro-active people to facilitate product sales while maintaining strong relationships with a variety of clientele, from global retailers to independent hair salons. As part of the role, you will introduce our products and culture to hairdressers and business owners who are looking for better and more successful relationships with their product partners. Applicants should be enthusiastic about sales and be comfortable on the phone. We are looking for people who enjoy being part of a close knit team, have passion for beauty and sales, want to develop new skills, and who are excited about the prospect of sharing the products and the culture of our independent hairdressing brand. Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research networking, and lead nurturing
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and progress.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hair or beauty sales role, preferably in hair product sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Solid understanding of business development principles and market dynamics.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
