Anastasia Beverly Hills is seeking professional Retail Sales Support talent to represent the brand across Sephora and Ulta locations throughout Central NJ (Monmouth County).

This opportunity begins January 2026.

We are looking for candidates with strong cosmetics artistry experience, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to drive retail sales results.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed retail sales goals for each shift
• Maintain advanced product knowledge and reinforce proper techniques through ongoing training
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and retail partners
• Wear Anastasia Beverly Hills looks to inspire customers and drive engagement
• Maintain a positive, upbeat presence to elevate store morale and team energy
• Support store initiatives to drive sales, strengthen collaboration, and enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications

• Previous cosmetics artistry experience required
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve performance targets
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• High level of initiative, ownership, and accountability
• Ability to work across multiple retail locations as needed
