What you’ll do

Provide expert hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and hair extensions.
Utilize salon software and MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations.
Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer personalized beauty solutions.
Mentor junior stylists and assist with training on techniques such as barbering and makeup application.
Handle front desk responsibilities, including greeting clients and managing retail sales.
Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience while achieving store management goals.
Stay updated on the latest trends in hair care, eyelash extensions, nail care, and threading techniques.

Basic qualifications

Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with retail math to assist in inventory management and sales tracking.
Familiarity with various beauty treatments such as makeup application and nail care.
Proven customer service skills that create a welcoming environment for all clients.
