We are hiring a Beauty Brand Marketing Manager to drive brand equity, product launches, and integrated marketing initiatives across our Haircare and Men’s Grooming categories.
This position is responsible for shaping brand direction while ensuring flawless execution across digital, retail, and trade channels. It requires someone who can think long-term about brand architecture and short-term about performance metrics, someone equally comfortable building strategy decks and reviewing paid media dashboards.
What You Will Lead
Brand Development & Positioning
- Define and evolve brand positioning to ensure clear differentiation in competitive categories
- Translate market dynamics and consumer behavior into actionable brand strategies
- Develop messaging frameworks that guide campaigns, product launches, and retail storytelling
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints
Innovation & Launch Management
- Support product concept development with consumer insight and competitive analysis
- Craft positioning narratives and marketing direction for new launches
- Own marketing deliverables within product briefs
- Oversee launch timelines and cross-functional alignment from ideation to in-market execution
- Lead post-launch performance analysis and optimization
Go-To-Market Execution
- Build comprehensive launch plans spanning social, paid media, influencer, e-commerce, and retail activation
- Develop campaign strategies that balance brand building with measurable growth
- Maintain and manage the marketing calendar across brands
- Create retailer-facing presentations and launch toolkits that support sell-in and sell-through
Digital Growth & Performance Marketing
- Direct paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and retail platforms
- Track and optimize performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, engagement, and conversion
- Identify digital acquisition and retention opportunities
- Align performance efforts with broader brand initiatives
Creative & Content Oversight
- Provide strategic guidance for campaign creative and content development
- Lead photoshoot planning including concepting, briefs, and asset selection
- Ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand positioning and retail standards
- Collaborate closely with internal creative and external partners
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Serve as marketing lead across internal departments including R&D, Packaging, Sales, E-commerce, and Operations
- Manage timelines, milestones, and stakeholder communication
- Drive alignment and accountability across launch phases
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in beauty, haircare, men’s grooming, or CPG brand marketing
- Demonstrated success managing product launches and integrated campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and retail dynamics
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- High level of organization and project management discipline
- Confident presenter with strong communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
