Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our growing skincare brand. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty and wellness, understands current skincare trends, and is eager to contribute to brand storytelling, campaign execution, and day-to-day marketing operations.

The role would be based in NY (hybrid).

Here are work hours

5 days, 9-6 (or 10-7) EST

In office 2 days a week

Pay $40-45/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, industry

Experience with Sephora, Ulta, beauty specialty channel

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Google Analytics is a plus

Passionate about skincare and knowledgeable about beauty trends and consumer behavior

Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail

· Proven ability to demonstrate analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.

· Experience in successful partnership with R&D / Supply Chain / Sales organizations to develop innovative products supported by specific and relevant storytelling, then execution is required.

Preferred: Korean (read), Best if person can read, write, speak Korean.
