Job Description

We are looking for a Salon assistant who will have the opportunity to learn and grow a very talented stylist who is willing to teach them everything they know about cut and color so this person can grow and one day become a fantastic part of our team and have a chair of their own with all of the knowledge needed to have a very successful career.

Responsibilities

• Shampooing, Toning, applying color and Blow Drying
• Greeting and Seating clients upon arrival and offering them a beverage
• Keeping salon tidy (sweeping hair, cleaning up dishes, stocking shelves, etc.)
• Must have the willingness to learn and grow with the Stylist/Colorist you are assisting

Qualifications

• Must have valid California Cosmetology License
• Flexible and organized
• Great communication skills
• A motivated attitude and Driven to achieve goals
