We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Nurse Injector to join our esteemed medical spa team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cosmetic procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for enhancing client confidence through advanced aesthetic treatments. The Nurse Injector will play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and personalized treatments such as Botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and other esthetic procedures, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Duties

Administer cosmetic injectables including Botulinum toxin and dermal fillers with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct consultations to assess client needs, explain treatment options, and develop customized treatment plans.
Maintain thorough documentation of procedures performed, patient histories, and follow-up care in compliance with regulatory standards.
Educate clients on post-treatment care, potential side effects, and expected outcomes to ensure optimal results.
Manage appointment scheduling using salon or med spa software such as Millennium or MINDBODY; coordinate with front desk staff for smooth operations.
Promote services through social media management and product demos to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Uphold sanitation standards by maintaining a clean treatment area and adhering to health regulations.
Assist with retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic devices to enhance client results and satisfaction.
Support other aesthetic treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair threading, or nail care as needed to provide comprehensive guest services.
Engage in ongoing education about new techniques, products, and industry trends to maintain expertise in medical spa treatments.

Experience

Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner with current certification in aesthetic nursing or cosmetic injections.
Prior experience performing botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers within a med spa or clinical setting is highly preferred.
Familiarity with salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
Strong management skills including customer service excellence, social media management, upselling techniques, and retail sales experience.
Knowledge of esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, deep tissue massage, hair styling, makeup application, tattooing, barbering, nail care, or other beauty services is a plus but not required.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Experience working in hospitality or guest services environments is advantageous for creating a welcoming atmosphere.
