Licensed Esthetician and Laser Body Sculpt Technician

Job Overview

We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and professional bilingual (English and Armenian) Licensed Esthetician and Body Sculpt Technician to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide advanced skincare and body contouring treatments within a luxurious spa environment and premium products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in esthetics, body sculpting treatments with endosphere rollers machine, and customer service, with a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals. Experience with retail sales is a plus, along with excellent communication skills and a commitment to sanitation and safety standards.

Duties

• Perform a variety of non-invasive esthetic services including body sculpting and facial treatments.
• Conduct body sculpting treatments utilizing technology with precision and care.
• Manage client consultations to assess their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Maintain detailed client records using studio software.
• Upsell products and services through effective guest services and product demos to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and safety in accordance with industry regulations.
• Assist in retail sales by recommending products suited to clients’ needs.
• Participate in ongoing training on new treatments.
• Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring client comfort throughout their visit.

Experience

• Valid Esthetician license with experience in facial treatments and body sculpting procedures.
• Proven experience in managing esthetic or med spa operations is preferred.
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to esthetics and laser treatments.
• Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations is advantageous.
